SENTINEL is a hazy, generously hopped and refreshing IPA. The use of Citra and Galaxy hop varieties brought plenty of citrus and tropical notes of grapefruit, peach, mango and passion fruit, while Nelson Sauvin brought in hints of gooseberry and white wine. Finish is juicy and fruity with a pleasant hop bitterness.
